“The project went smooth. I had a leak, and they give out a guaranteed price which came in handy since it saved me money I would've paid someone else.”

Why a guaranteed price matters

Most contractors provide a low quote, then add significant costs once your roof is removed and repairs are needed. With Remi, you know your final price upfront.

What does the price guarantee cover?

Your Remi Price Guarantee covers everything needed to deliver a quality roof that meets local code requirements, even if the job requires more repairs than expected.

  • Replacement of any damaged or rotted decking
  • Necessary fascia replacement
  • All required flashing replacements
  • Pipe jack and pipe boot replacements
  • Needed attic vent replacement
  • Additional labor for necessary repairs
  • Materials price increases

Exclusions

  • New structural decking (plywood sheeting) when none exists. This is very rare, and typically only happens when asphalt shingles were laid over cedar shake with no decking.
  • Elective fascia upgrades beyond code requirements (cosmetic changes, premium product swaps not in the agreed scope of work)

*Projects quoted under special discounts or promotions may not be eligible for the Price Guarantee. Refer to your quote or ask your Remi representative for details.
